At Official Cerave, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days.
